Until recently, the device business was set aside and regarded as a secondary business, as it has contributed little to Huawei's overall sales, in contrast to the other business areas. However, Huawei's device business has gained great attention in the era of mobile broadband. In this environment, the direction of the device business will be determined by Huawei's cloud computing strategy. Investment in and development of applications that provide various services on the Internet are necessary so that cloud computing can be operated at the optimum level. Above all, Huawei needs to strive to overcome market obstacles while developing products based on market demand. The effort should include pursuing cooperation across the board for B2C cloud business.
